Printed products are such a huge part of your memories, telling a story and wanting to display around your home is a huge decision and investment and that’s why you need to make sure it’s done right. As a wedding and family photographer here is what I can take from this video.
1. Her intentions where so lovely, she was so proud she got a beautiful photo of her family and wanted a Canvas print.
2. Please don’t screenshot your photos when you received your online gallery, the quality of the images changes and you only will see the difference when printing in a big size canvas or frame like she did in the video.
3. Places where you can print your images, will ONLY do that. Print what you sent them, how you sent it.
As professional photographers we always look for the best quality and service for our clients and we make sure every single detail is done down to perfection. So I’m so sorry but it’s not THEIR fault.
4. Trust your photographer to print the images for you. I personally offer a variety of products that I have tested personally and I offer an online shops where my clients can see and choose the products when their images get delivered.
