Senior portraits don’t miss the deadline
Senior portraits can be challenging and stressful. Over the next few weeks, I am going to be sharing some tips and strategies. My hope is that they will decrease the stress and anxiety parents of high school seniors experience when it comes to high school senior portraits. My first recommendation for senior pictures is to start scheduling with a photographer now. There are several reasons but here are a few to consider. First, it may take you some time to find a photographer that you’re comfortable with. If that photographer is busy, it may take a few weeks or months to get scheduled with them. Additionally, senior pictures sometimes take time to get back to you. It’s not uncommon to have to wait 2-3 weeks to get them, especially during a busy season. One thing a lot of parents forget about is the high school yearbook ad that always has a deadline. If you don’t schedule a photoshoot now for senior portraits, it’s gonna be super easy to miss the deadline. You don’t want to rely on the school to take a generic picture of your high school senior.
