Exactly a year ago today, I met the second love of my life 😍💖 At 5 lbs, 13.5 oz Chloe Jasmine Simmonds came into our world and changed it so beautifully. Ever since then you have brought so much love, light, and joy into me and your dad’s life that we absolutely couldn’t imagine it without you. You are our greatest gift and adventure! What a blessing to be able to watch you come into the full realization of the amazing being you already are 😍💖💖 Happy Birthday Baby Girl.
