Have 2 canon r6 for wedding and travel. Is it worth the upgrade?
So what is the warble from in the autofocus?
First time I’m hearing about the face-selection option; none of the reviews I’ve seen before have mentioned it.
As a destination wedding photographer myself, that’s a nice perk to have. Game changer for cocktail hour.

Does the Samyang 85 1.4 work on your R6ii? Mine will not power on with that lens, but my regular R6 will…I figured Canon blocked it somehow
Did you compare the ‘warble’ using the same lens for both?
I think it’s mainly caused by the newer RF wides being less distortion corrected, and relying on in-camera corrections. When the IS moves and the lens centre gets offset – you see corner weirdness.
I wouldn’t expect as much warble on converted EF glass, since it was designed with better corrections.
Is it possible to have Hight iso RAW files please? I can see a lot of video about this camera on Youtube but DXOmark is dead and is not possible to spend 3000 euros on new body camera witout raw file to be sure that is better the old one.
Easiest way to shoot handheld long exposure shots is setting the shutter timer to 5 seconds so it doesn’t register the shutter button’s vibrations from you pressing it🤙🏾
I wish they'd hurry up and get a 20mm F1.8 out in the same style as the 35 and 50mm F2.8 lenses. Fingers crossed it won't be to long.

Yo Taylor! I'm finally parting with my Canon Mark IV as a back up for weddings and I'm looking into the R6 ii but I'm also feeling a little frisky and eyeing the Fuji XT5! Would it be dumb to invest in the Fuji over the Canon with the R5 is my main body for weddings. I'm only considering this just because I fell in love with my X100V. Thank for any input!
Do you think canon r6ii or Sony a7rV for hybrid weddings?
