The “First Annual Cardboard Boat Race” was held at the North Olmsted Recreation Center on Saturday, March 4th, 2023. [Click “SHOW MORE” for additional info]

The human-powered boats were made entirely of cardboard and duct tape! Awards were given for speed, creativity, and “sinkablity” (the Titanic award)!

There were three boats each in the “Family” and “Kids” divisions.

The winners of the “Family” division were Denise Pappu and Francesca Campbell of North Olmsted.

The winners of the “Kids” division were Aryana and Alyssandra Nguyen – 10-year-old twins of North Olmsted.
