Disney really needs to start making 2D movies again. The 3D stuff is great, too, but I think they lost a lot of their whimsy when they made the switch. Especially with all the soulless live-action remakes coming out.
Funny how things that people wouldn't bat a eye at some years ago are now considered cringeworthy.
In modern times with all of the impossible sci-fi action on screen, people are told to just "turn off your brain" (i.e. suspend your disbelief) and enjoy. We've lost that message when it comes to classics. None of it is real, so stop treating it like the issues within the fake universe are real. They were meant for entertainment, and people ere indeed entertained.

Let’s also talk about a couple of them have beautifully DARK tales NOT Disney’s mess up version.

Grunge just to give you a correction, maleficent is not a fairy. She is a master of evil devil which.
I remembered watching Sleeping Beauty ever since when I was little, I understand how evil she was. And definitely one of those Disney villains but everybody will never forget, so anyway ever since when I was little I thought she was half devil and half witch.
I believe she's a devil, because she has the horns on her head and she uses fire power. In which other evil devils use, I also believe she can make potions just like a witch. and maleficent definitely has evil magical powers just like a witch as well.
And of course a lot of people say that which is can fly with broomsticks, but I found out that other stories have been involved of witches flying without broomsticks. So that means maleficent can also fly with her evil magical powers.
So with all of that I believe that doesn't make her fairy, that makes her combined as a devil and a witch.
So ever since when I got to know maleficent when I was little, and how powerful and evil she was. I always believed that she is half devil and half witch. I remembered some other people saying the same thing as well, when they remember Sleeping Beauty.
So the truth is I don't think maleficent is a fairy, I believe she is a devil-which
