I almost live on a naturist beach in the summer. Anyone is free to use their eyes and think whateve they like, but recording footage is a massive taboo. You sometimes see naive fellas thinking they are being subtle or covert.

`I'm torn on this in a way. He's only filming bodies, & that's nothing to be ashanmed off. Public nudity is allowed on some many beaches, for men, woeman & children. It's not a big deal over here. Heck, as kids we've all run around with few clothes on & some xhildren still still do on beaches. Women of all shapes & sizes thing nothing of going topless on every beach in some countries., although there is recent a push back in others. We're all naked under our clothes.
However, & it's a big however. what this guy is doing screams creep. If I saw him on a bneach, I'd cover up completely. I think I'll err on the side of caution, so I'll report him.
