A top forensic and pathology team is investigating the deaths of 21 teenagers at a tavern in East London in the early hours of Sunday morning. The youngest victim was 13 years old. Abongile Jantjies filed this report.

Just so sad! Where was the police? How can this festival/ street party take place without proper arrangements like disaster management & security/policing. These laws are there to protect the people and our children.
