Any thoughts of teaming up with Omar Gonzalez to host a Fuji lovers seminar/photo walk in nyc? BH photo could sponsor. Fuji could send some folks out to talk. Iād pay for that. I bet others would too.
I went to a Fuji event recently in August for World Photography Day. It was held in LA. I have to say Fuji went all out on this one as well. They entire line of cameras and lenses for all of to try. However, they did allow us to put our own SD cards in the cameras. The event included the models as well as food. A lot of food. They really showed us some hospitality. I sensed a feeling of family. At this event there was a huge poster of a girl with her X100V and it had a QR code in the corner. They said scan the QR code and enter to win the new XH2S. Well of course I scanned the QR code. We had lots of fun and later went out to a photography walk around the neighborhood. We meet a few Fuji reps and chatted with them. Such a pleasant event. A couple days later I get an email from one of the Fuji reps that were there at the event. He wrote that he was happy to announce that I was the winner of an XH2S camera and also the XF16-55mm lens! I was shaking, in shock and could hardly hold me breath. I received my camera 2 days later. I honestly loved Fuji before because it's such a beautiful product. After my experience at this event and seeing and observing that they really do care about us as people, my level of respect is at a totally different high. This camera will hold a very special for me. I will always cherish this gift from Fujifilm.
