I often shoot in the mountains and if there are peaks in the east, golden hour doesn't really happen. It goes from blue hour to harsh(ish) sun because the angle is already pretty high by the time the sun clears the peaks. I guess I'll have to go to the other side of the mountains! 🙂
I would just like to say another excellent video and totally agree morning and early evening are my two favourite times of the day.I would also like to agree that this time of year the early mornings are brilliant as there is nobody about for hours giving you the time to catch those wildlife images that people miss.👍

As an aside, I just discovered Capture One Express (for Sony) is free. I was looking for lightroom alternatives before purchasing lightroom (doing some research before buying), and I'm going to save ££ and give Capture One a real go.

Can you please make a video on finding shooting spots and how to position yourself for photoshoot?
Nice video but worthless to me since where I live the public accessible areas for wildlife are in parks that open at 8AM and close at dusk. This is less a problem in winter when sunrise is closer to 8AM but in July access roads are locked until later than Golden Hour.
