Could you please do this again, with the fl-lm3 flash? I used red eye mode, but had to go high on iso. Handheld, because it was a big Xmas dinner. I used eye focus too. F8-f11.

I don't have pro flash 😬 but I have the om-1 and the fl-lm3 flash from my old m1 mark ii.

I also use warm off (always), and fluorescent wb.

Thanks Rob, this is very timely. I'm setting up for a family picture on Saturday and the only thing I had set properly so far was the F stop at 5.6 to keep those closer in the picture in focus with those further back on the table. I'll try the manual settings for the focus at 1/3 the way into the table. Unfortunately I only have the kit flash that came with my M5 mark 3, I may need to have a slower shutter speed to keep the ISO reasonable around 800.

Hello from New York City! What is the rational for f/5.6 for Micro Four Thirds? Does Flash Exposure Compensation (FEC) just change flash duration and not flash power? Or does it change the exposure when taking photos of people wearing white or black clothes. Which camera body is being used in this video? What do you think about using color correction gels like CTO or CTB with indoor on-camera flash? Thank you for informative video.
