That guy on the right doesn't seem to know a lot about brainwashing & abuse. There's no proof he took whatever was given to him voluntarily! Most likely, his mother spiked his food! I've come from an abusive family & done a lot of research & had a lot of help from a lot of people, mainly professionals. I've been brainwashed by my parents, I'm still having to unlearn bits & pieces of what they taught me & I'm 43 yrs old! I've been working on learning healthy boundaries & behaviour for over 20 yrs & I still have bits & pieces of things to learn! NEVER underestimate the power of parents & their ability to brainwash their child(ren) well into adulthood! Most people never acheive the level of recovery I have in their entire lifetime! Whether it's intended that way or not, parents expecting their physically capable child to let them wander into the bathroom to do their own thing while their child is showering counts as s*xual abuse! And since the mother was insisting on him sleeping in her bed as well, I have no doubt that there was blatent s*xual abuse.
The first scam was reporting him missing now there's a new scam …. him being a victim…damn… ppl will do anything for clout these days

we have to be honest with ourselves though. 18 or not that is still very young. some of us are still going through puberty and some of our parents have us in a cocoon still. “legality” does not equal to raised parenting or even maturity.
in this case perhaps the way his mother raised him. not everyone who is 18 will have the same maturity or mentality based on many factors in life.
Confused. 1st they're saying he was 10 when missing, 8 years later at 18 he was found. Now he was 18 when he went missing?

This is devastating as a Mom. You want the best for your kids, but that's why it's so confusing. Of course he doesn't want to put his only living relative in jail. He was such a good boy that he just wanted to listen to his Mom. I hope this young man gets everything he wants out of life.

It's too early for him to understand that it was sexual abuse. He was an immature 17 prob w a psychotic disorder and she took advantage of the situation and his trauma to isolate and brainwash him. My best friend / ex went thru a very VERY similar case, he is not lying at all, this is dead on let me tell you. I hope so much that ppl believe him.
Wonder why he continues to protect his mom, and what she actually did? In court, it's gonna be a he said, she said situation, and if he doesn't speak up, she will only get charged with "defrauding the public."
Rudy definitely told that to Quanell. He's just too ashamed to admit it which is still a clear sign of abuse & trauma. Quanell wouldn't bring that to the public for no reason nor did he just pull it out his behind. I do believe Quanell shouldn't have publicly disclosed that bc that is further traumatizing Rudy. Hope he is able to heal
I don't think this young man is telling everything he s still holding back on what has happen to him all these years he's gonna need alot of therapy for the truth to come out

The fact that his dad committed suicide plays a crazy role in this I can’t explain. Like… in her sick, twisted mind, when her husband and other son died, poor Rudy took on that role. Disgusting. I hope he can heal and she gets locked away from society forever.
It seems to me, they needed money and they were both in on falsely filing a missing persons report to get money and then she used his involvement to manipulate him but what happened to make him go to that church the day he did and then tell her where he was??
