A nurse at a New York hospital was fired and is now under investigation by police after a father filmed his newborn son allegedly being slammed face first onto a bassinet, authorities said Friday.

That nurse is a devil. They better take her nursing license away and put her in jail. God only knows how many babies and families have been her victims. And they need to remove those curtains hanging up. Patient privacy? They are babies! And they should be able to be seen at all times! AND there should be security cameras in there! God bless that baby, his family and all that came through there.
I hate newborns. SO . MUCH. but even with a room full of infants, I could never. NEVER hurt a defenseless child.
She should be charged criminally with battery on a child/child abuse. Also lose her nursing license. Complaint be filed with Board of Nursing in her state. If that baby has medical signs of shaken baby syndrome, they should sue hospital.
