In this video, we’ll take a look at photos with disturbing backstories. There may be a bigger focus on the obscure part of some of the photos, especially if they are less covered. Some photos also are very mysterious, with their true origin being unknown. Back in my “The Disturbing Part of the Internet [Vol.2]“ video, I dedicated a portion of the video talking about an image, which was a Korean girl. That particular video was the reason why my channel picked up in momentum so I thought I’d dedicate an entire format to that idea. If this format performs well, I’ll continue with it. I think this has a lot of potential, because I saved up quite a bit of unknown images over the course of years.

Profit from missing children? Those "ads" (which aren't even ads) did not help them make a single penny more than they already were making.
It was simply to spread awareness about the missing kids, like nailing up posters.
If anything, they lost revenue, because they could have taken that space to put an actual product ad instead.
Man this one hits too close to home. To my surprise, the story about the missing 3 year old, yeah the mother and father like less than 10 mins away from me. And i can't help but ask, why is it so many people on the run from beaver county ends up in georgia? Juay glad the little boy was found

I really hope they find Timmothy soon, even though I don't suspect he is alive. It has been so long and his family, especially his father, deserves closure. His mom was so selfish and sadistic to do whatever it was that she did to take him away from all these people that love him.
As additional info on the missing children ads on the arcade machines, the games themselves have options to toggle the ads on and off (internal options, you can view them yourself in a emulator) and also add a [FOUND] tag to either of the children. It also appears that the ads are turned off by default, the owner would have to turn them on manually.
Also as a question. What do you mean they were profiting off the missing children?

I remember going to that arcade in Dallas with some friends for the first time, my friend specifically wanted to go there to show it to me. She explained the whole reason for it. It was eerie not just because of the missing children part of it, but the image stays on screen for a weirdly long time, and the pictures are so dark and a little hard to make out? It's a little off putting the first time you see it in person, considering all the upbeat music and drinking and talking going on around you in the arcade.
So was Jolee dead before falling over the cliff? I'm confused

I wouldn't say the arcade owners/developers were profiting off of the missing kids, it was just that so many peoples' eyes were on games that it felt like a natural way to get the word out. Probably worked better than the milk cartons anyway.

The headline that said Celebrities that have visited us was referring to the Teletubbies, to A LOT of children in the 90s and even some still today I'm sure they're definitely celebrities, not too hard to figure out that mystery. And that missing kid on the video game having lived in Centralia AKA SILENT HILL was pretty ironic don't you think?
