Footage of Prince William yelling at a photographer is “very out of character” for the Royal, according to commentator Liz Storer.
She said the unknown location of where the video was shot may explain the prince’s outrage.
“Obviously they have very extensive grounds, they are the Royal Family, they could have been at any of those, cycling around,” she told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“It’s very out of character for a normally very docile Prince William, and they’re very, very accustomed to this kind of paparazzi following.”

As journalists, do a little research. If you manage to find the full video you will know that this man actually frightened the three Cambridge children. Two of them were in tears. This man Terry Harris himself can be heard admiting to having scared the children. He was purposefully stalking them and Williams reaction was perfectly justifiable.
it's not Prince William at all, it's a look-alike guy for sure…and it's obviously a chilly early spring or autumn's day so why is this video showing up now??

Don't know who could possibly blame him.He cooperates to a degree with photographers etc usually in return for them respecting boundaries in their private home..The gent in question lied to him too…he is a photographer who sells pics .Good for William trying to have a normal time with his kids, and protecting his family in their private time.
the other question is where this was filmed as well. Was this an area where the public wasn't supposed to even be. Where was his security that is the question. What if this man had pulled a knife and stabbed Prince William. On the way hand they are in the public limelight but on the other they do need private time without being hounded by the photographers. I think Prince William was well within his right to protect his kids.
Wills should have sent out a couple of big Blues Brothers look-a-likes to deal with this guy.
