The fact that there have been multiple screen adaptations before, and countless documentaries, and only now is there concern about the victims, you know, thirty odd years later, is odd. Perhaps its telling how these days we scan around the space, searching for victims, identifying victims, playing victims, waking up every morning to check social media to find something to be outraged about. It also speaks to the power of this series as the last word, the definitive take, on Dahmer.
Reached out to the victims families and then afterwards glamorizing the serial killer…..
