Good luck with the personal situation Steve, and many thanks for releasing a great video even though you surely have other things on your mind. Cheers and best wishes.

My traumatic event happened in Jan. Watching your videos, my dessert excursions and my photography have been my therapy and path to healing. Although not as green and cool (temp) as yours, nature does help. Its a bit hot here in Arizona now so your videos are a big part of my therapy. I wish you, and anyone suffering with you, a smooth road to recovery and healing. Sometimes you must share as part of the healing process. Thank you for sharing and doing what you do for us, your fans!

Steve, I feel your pain. I am 70 years old and dealing with a family member medical issue. It not easy, but we need to take time, to nourish ourselves, so we can be there for our family. My prayer goes out to you and your family. I really enjoy all your video's. so looking forward to your next one.

Steve, it takes courage to even mention dealing with a family situation and I'm sure that somewhere, someone will see this video and do the same thing – grab their camera and go out in nature to shoot whatever they can. We sometimes forget we are mammals so being out in nature is completely normal and has so many benefits to our souls because, at the root of who we are, we belong out there. Good luck to you and your family. I hope the situation comes out as positive as possible.

Great stuff as always Steve. The Tanager shots were beautiful! Being in nature can be cathartic. Hopefully it gave you some small respite from your family troubles. I wish you and yours peace and pray things work out well.

I remember seeing my first WT, beyond lens reach as light was leaving the forest and the image was seared in my memory it was so stunning. Back then I was dealing with a lot of elder care issues for both my mom and my dad on top of my own work, and being out in nature once a week was the only thing that kept me sane, even though i had no time for myself. Wishing you the best, try to get out there for bits at a time if you can.

I’m officially an older ‘old guy’ and I know how nourishing and healing those nature photography excursions can be. Nice job as always.
