What I learned from the video:
+ The best gear doesn't make you the best in a specific field you want to be in.
+ A study at a local university can or can not effect your future self when you want to work in a specific area or field.
+ Find a nice that is rarely offered.

So…as a beginner ….nobody is sending you anything, no way can I buy jewelry/clothes to shoot.

Hi Laura , I love what you say , me too love shooting it all, but how do you market to all categories at once ?
I’ve got to say, Laura, that I feel like it was always MYSELF holding ME back from becoming a successful photographer. I have my degree from university, I have years under my belt with my small business, I have plenty of content to post on my website but the FEAR of failure has stopped me in my tracks plenty of times. And a lot of it was so damaging that I’ve restarted so many times while looking for other work. And I’m so tired. So my advice to others who are just starting out would be to ignore the fear and dive in head first and just know that all of this takes time, your energy and effort but it’ll all pay off when you see the smiles on your clients face when they see the end result. And yes, I’ve seen it many times… I just allowed the dark cloud to rain on my own parade. Let go, let flow! Cheers!

Hi. I live in South Bend Indiana and I don't have a driver's license and public transit around here is terrible and I'm currently working in food service which means I have hardly any money and so I can't usually afford cabs or ride shares and because of the design and layout of the city this means I sometimes don't have a choice except to photograph private houses from the legal perspective of a public street. This truth is making it very difficult for me to find a niche to zero in on in public spaces. most of the public parks around here are so small that no matter what direction you're looking in you're seeing stranger's private houses. I've also always been sort of a loner so it is tricky sometimes for me to find a medium to let people know about my photos. However the Farmer's Market now looks much more photographic than it did years ago so I'm going to start going there more often and it is usually pretty busy. Here is my 500px profile.
