Music legend Tina Turner passed away on May 24 after a long illness at 83 years old.
Her passing came less than six months after her youngest son, Ronnie, tragically died of complications from colon cancer at age 62.
The Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll shared Ronnie with her ex-husband Ike Turner, and was also a mom to three other boys.
She welcomed Raymond Craig with Kings of Rhythm saxophonist Raymond Hill, who was later adopted by Ike. Tina’s husband changed his name to Craig Raymond Turner.
The “Proud Mary” singer also adopted two of Ike’s six children from previous relationships.
“I’ve gotta say they were good kids,” she told Larry King on “Larry King Live” in 1997.

She adopted 2 of Ike's kids. She was truly something. To raise kids of a man who did you wrong and love them wholeheartedly ya. May her soul rest in peace and I hope one day I could have a love that you had in the situation above
