Roseanne was the worst of all time.
Game of Thrones was terrible after season 2. So why pick on the finale of shit?
LOST ending was fine.
Dexter Season 8 was fine until Hannah McKay returned. Her offscreen death in New Blood was so satisfying.
I think Game Of Thrones should be top 1 since it was known as the best show in the world and it became a joke by the end.
Got s8 was overhyped . It was a good season, but not exeptional like the previous 7
Killing Eve
SOOOO many are soooo bad but HIMYM hurt the most cz tbe rest of it was soooooooo clever and so amazingly written. Ted and Robin was NOT Endgame.
Maan, the first seasons of Heroes and True Blood were sooo good.
Then it went downhill from there.
Sad thing.
season 6 of lost may have been its weakest but it is still a good wrap up to the show and really isn't as bad as people remember it being.
I did not hate HIMYM's final season, but I refuse to accept the final two episodes as being part of the series. It was a massive middle finger to the viewers.
Can’t forget about house of cards. That season 6 was terrible
I liked Lost 🤷🏼♀️
Castle should've been on here. Worst finale ever!
LOST Season 6 was indeed a disappointment but I don't care what anyone says — the series finale was brilliant.
I will also remind everyone, Game of Thrones Season 8 was NOT bad. People lost their minds over the first three episodes! It was the last three episodes that completely disenchanted everyone.
Lost doesn't deserve to be here! the show definitely has problems but the end is not one of them, season 6 actually explains so much and ends charactes arcs in such a good way. Also there are a lot of parallels between season 1 and season 6.
Gilmore girls should be on this list! I’m still upset about season 7 !
Lost season 6 gets way too much hate because people just didn’t get it but I can live with it being at the bottom of this list.
My top 3
1. Game of Thrones
2. Lost
3. Heroes
In Heroes defense the showrunner wanted to make it so that each season was based on a different group of Heroes but because the first group was so good they decided to extend each of the characters into multiple seasons which wasn't a bad idea but the way it was done was dumb like they established that people have evolved into having powers but then they added that people could be given powers which wasn't bad when they said that they found the gene that gave some people powers but the Arthur storyline where his power was to permanently take powers away from other Heroes which made no sense because if you establish that people are born with powers then those powers are in their genes and can't be taken away. Then there's the reboot/sequel for the series which didn't help with the story at all. If I were to remake Heroes I'd start it off the same way but I'd stay grounded in reality somewhat where the powers that people get are determined by their genes so if they have two parents with powers then it's a 50% chance they will get powers of their own and if only one parent has powers then it's a 30% chance for them to get powers. Then when it comes to the building 23 plot I'd make it so that the government finds out about "the company" and takes what they do to the extreme instead of the "bag and tag" method they used along with the "one of us, one of them" method.
To me shameless is up there, the later seasons just kept getting worse and worse, and in the last season they left stories unfinished and everyone in the end is still a screw up no one succeeds, even tho everyone was rooting for lip to learn from his lessons, the writers made Debbieunbearable, Frank going to heaven 😂 give me a break, and it didn’t invoke any emotions for finally
I’m shocked that Once upon a Time wasn’t on this list. So bad lol
No… The revival of Roseanne is terrible too
Other shows that deserved to be on here:
Once Upon a Time
The West Wing
Supergirl
Torchwood
Supernatural
I'm surprised Black-ish is not on this list.
I think I watched one of the shows listed final season… But in my opinion, I struggle to think how much worse the ones listed could have been relative to the list I have here. Brockmire had the worst final season ever….full stop. Anyone who watched Brockmire literally cannot believe how bad the final season was. I think it's pretty much a "thou name shall not be mentioned" type of thing. The final season of "The Office" was atrocious…as were the last 3 seasons of the series. Modern Family limped across the finish line with a sad group of episodes that made me actually feel sorry for the actors. But the worst final season of all (based on it's final episode) had to be "American Girl" from 1994. It lasted one season. So the worst final season was the worst first season as well I guess. I'll let Wikipedia explain:
"By the end of the first season, ABC had decided to revamp the series into a new series. The final episode "Young Americans" was intended to serve as a backdoor pilot for a spin-off series of the same name.[23] In the fifteenth episode "Notes from the Underground", Margaret moves into the basement of her parents' home, then moves out altogether in "Young Americans". The spin-off would have focused on Margaret and her roommates — Spencer (Diedrich Bader), Phil (Sam Seder), and Jimmy (Andrew Lowery) — plus Grandma Kim and Jane (Mariska Hargitay), a bartender at the roommates' hangout. The revamped concept was meant to emulate Friends, which had become a hit on rival network NBC that same season. Despite this retooling, ABC ultimately decided against ordering the revamped series.[8] " So they took a series about Korean Americans and decided to re-cast it as Friends…while the season was still going. WOW
what about Zoo that has got to be the worst ending ever
I was pissed for DAYS after watching the end of HIMYM. Definitely earned the top spot on this list.
I approve this list
Game of thrones
Why does everyone think that denryse (however is spelled) suddenly decided to go mad… Clearly missed all the times she burnt people…
Of all the shows I watch, Dexter (season 8) by a landslide
The final episode of the original Wonder Years was pretty awful.
I think the better list would be the best final seasons, there are a lot fewer of those than there are of the opposite. It seems like almost every show fails to stick the landing.
You Lost me at #10. I truly enjoyed the final season. This show was about character journeys, everything else was meant to be secondary from the very beginning. If you watch for the characters, you should come away from the final season satisfied, whether you are a Man of Science or a Man of Faith (Lost joke).
HIMYM gets way too much hate. Then ending made sense, the last season was funny. Surprised Gilmore Girls isn’t on here or one tree hill
Roseanne should be #1
No season 9 scrubs wasn't scrubs season 9 until med school failed. Season 9 is called scrubs med school not scrubs. Season 8 is the real true ending to scrubs
