ok, but the way Zach's causa looked the first tiime, that's how my first causa looked. I have spoken with my mum and a family friend that is a chef, I still don't get the exact point where everything is cooked as it should (looking at you, potatoes), and it's not a wet mess, even after hours in the fridge.

i love it when they actually listen to us viewers. They finally provide judges who are expert in the field / qualified. The judges always give their reason why they qualified/ suitable to become the judges
i would absolutely love for Keith, Eugene, Zach, anad Kwesi (and anybody else) go out for a spa day sometime during January next year. It could represent a "letting go" of the year 2022, a relaxing reset. 🙂
So I take it Eugene and Ned are gone?
