Rescuers in Syria have been filmed rescuing children from the rubble of buildings.
Many worked through the night in freezing conditions, using their hands to pull away the final lumps of debris to reveal children alive and relatively unscathed despite spending several hours under tonnes of bricks, steel and concrete.
