Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith have seen their parenting skills come under fire after a picture of their daughter,Willow, 13, in bed with actor Moises Arias, 20, was posted on social media. Now, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services has officially opened an investigation into the incident.
“The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department,” an insider told Radar. “Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand.”

Our society is degrading. We would soon not be able to recognise what is right and what is wrong. People would see what is wrong and say it's nothing… it's OK. What was so wrong with her taking a pic dressed with her friend instead of naked in bed. Pictures have meaning whether subtle or outrageous. People may as well post a pic of a naked baby and her naked father and say it's just a pic. If there are no boundaries for things like this, then truly our society is degrading.

I think older teens acting rebellious and irresponsibly and obviously of their own accord is a little different than a potentially sexually abusive situation between a pubescent girl and adult in a provocative photo. And I think it is the responsible thing to do for child protective services to investigate the situation. Former child actor, Corey Feldman, has blown the whistle on pedophilia and child molestation in Hollywood and said there were more cases than people even realized, so personally I don't think its morally responsible to see a potentially sexually risque situation going on with a child and just say "its none of my business because those aren't my kids." I respect your non-judgmental stance and wanting to get all the facts before jumping to conclusions but there have been too many child rape and molestation cases in Hollywood that come out long after the fact for things like that to be ignored and also if there was nothing inappropriate about the situation then the Smiths have nothing to worry about if there is an investigation.

DSS shouldn't be involved. Absolutely NOT! I can only imagine how many young girls are laying in bed with older men, who aren't family friends and are thought of as a big brother, who wouldn't harm a hair on their head, by them.

Child Services should be in all of their houses. As for Willow and Jaden, when he was allowed to globetrot and get high with Justin from years back and also Willow and her too grown for children video from whenever ago, those kids should've been taken. They take kids from normal people for far worst. When you don't parent your children and say they need to be emancipated at 14 something is wrong with you period and you don't deserve children.
A picture says a thousand words. That don't mean their the right words and because we cant tell what words they are we start to assume. Don't nobody know the story behind that picture. I have a pic similar to that one taken by my dad we went to visit a sick friend and my dad snapped a picture of him on the bed topless and because I wanted to be in the pic I laid down in order to be in the shot . Should child services come to investigate? I was 11 at the time when that happened
