I hope she is able to sue any and everyone responsible. Whether that's the suspect and the location the crime occurred, and or whoever is responsible for putting such a violent and unstable offender back into society.

What's happening is horrible, but no one should be surprised. Blacks are 2 to 9 times more likely to suffer from schizophrenia, and it's inherited. For decades, through the socialist welfare system, people who were incapable of supporting themselves, due to their mental illness, were allowed to reproduce their mental illness at taxpayer expense. On top of that, we also have children born with brain damage due to drugs. This problem will continue to grow because no one is brave enough to tell the truth and do what's necessary to stop it.
