I know it's not a popular opinion, but in some cases, there are men with whom ending any parental relationship as early as possible is what's the best possible outcome for the child. (It happens with mothers, too, but because of different biological factors and the different ways psychological issues present themselves between men and women, it's more commonly the man who just needs to be cut out. Women have their own unique issues where they're worse/more often the problem than men, too.)
This man is never going to take an actual fatherly interest in his daughter, but Mom can absolutely expect to see him back in court every time he gets a new girlfriend who asks where his child is. And his poor daughter has a lot of years of hoping she'll be "good enough" for her father to be different, to care about her, only to be disappointed all over again, ahead of her.

I’m sick and so tired of his fear, fear of what, grow up you idiot. He is in the wrong, it’s the father he should be charged. He had not right because there was no fear. He the one holding the baby.
Then why doesn’t he have his other child with him, babies grow very fast at this age. Yah he works from home but he works he would then have to put her in a playpen. She’s not going for walks, playing at the parks. His first Ex was strong enough to go after him for money good on her .
Return the baby but now every time she hands baby back over to him will he return her ?
He has her weekly why would mom take pictures ,phone calls she’s first of all 15 months old. She may talk on phone for 5 seconds and he has her he can take pictures. Grow up you a** h**e

The father is already a deadbeat with his other child. I would like to know the age difference between the parents because the father looks old enough to be a grandfather.
She is the one that moved. She should provide transportation.

Watching this father steamrolling the judge and his ex’s attorney was infuriating.
If the dad wants to spend more time with the child, he can move to where the mom lives. With the job he has, he should be able to relocate with no problem. He works from home! And…..I think he knew exactly what he was doing when he 'lost' his attorney. Kinda convenient it was done right before the Order was signed. He didn't get everything he wanted, so he chose to screw everything up and make the mom start over. I don't know if I would even want his name on the birth certificate!
