The man said he does not see the wound. How can he watch something that he does not see?

It's like pulling the past in present .. observe it.. don't analyse, condemn, .. only have a Choiceless Awareness of the wound.
That will bring the past unattended , unlived moment to the present moment..to attend it.. to live it..to dissolve it
And it will dissolve.. not even leaving a scar behind..

Much of what's going/perceived wrong in our adult life is due to some event(s) that occurred in our childhood – maybe we were not brave enough, wise enough to face the situation in a better/the right way – so the brain suppresses the event funnily enough keeping our best interest at its core (which ofcourse isn't). Thus, in a way, childhood is the most crucial vital part of a human's life, though we remember very little about it as we grow up.
To heal those wounds requires accessing that suppressed event and non judgementally seeing it for what it is. Once shed light, it no longer holds us in its grips, eventually freeing us 🙏🏻

I wish he talked with the questionnaire in an intimate and direct fashion instead of making an example of him.
